Payment and Shipping: 

We currently accept any credit/debit card and PayPal for all orders. All payments are secured. Cosmetics items are made to order and take 1-7 days to process depending on if the product is made to order or not. Shipping typically takes 7-10 days for U.S customers and 2-3 weeks for international customers. All orders come with a tracking number. Delivery of your items will vary depending on your location and designated shipping method. Note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or if an item is on pre-order.

US Returns & refunds:

Angelina Nova Co policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your order was shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be nearly close to the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and you are in charge of the cost for shipping the item back to Angelina Nova Co. If for any reason a package needs to be signed for, and it is not signed for after notices & weeks of being left at the post office, you will be refunded within 60 days that the package is recieved. We are unable to issue a refund or store credit for the cost of international shipping, only the value of the goods you purchased. Please email customer service above for returns. Thank you!

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The refund process can take 1 to 2 weeks. You will be credited the amount you paid for the returned item(s),

The original shipping charge will not be refunded. 

International Returns:
For international orders, we except returns. Customers are also responsible for covering the cost of shipping a return back to us. Returns must be made within 30 days of the shipped date, please email customer service and we will give you the address to send the return package to. We are unable to issue a refund or store credit for the cost of international shipping, only the value of the goods you purchased. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Typically 3-7 business days after approval. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the contact form above.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are damaged during the shipping process.  If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us using the form above.

Shipping:
To return your product, please contact customer service above and we will reply with the return shipping address.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

The package tracking indicates it has left the US:
Once a shipment has left domestic handling and entered international borders, Angelina Nova Co is no longer responsible for the tracking of said shipment. All inquiries, from the time of entering international borders, must be taken up by the customer with their local delivery service.
